World Famous Crochet Museum Joshua Tree, California
This lime green old Foto-Mat booth is one of six buildings located in back of the local music store and is home to a collection of spectacular found crocheted and knitted objects put together by artist and musician,Sahri Elf.

I really do admire quilters, especially my Mum who learnt the art of American Quilting when she moved to the Washington State several years ago, her precise stitches and eye for detail makes her quilts true works of art (this isn't her work by the way, just an image that makes me want to quilt...homely and a little rough around the edges-that's the best that I could hope for!) I will photograph some samples of my Mum's work when she is in the UK next and post them for all to see :) |
